Life offers us many opportunities to be sad, depressed or lonely. Many times, we don’t know what to do or to whom to turn to for advice or support. Many fear that if they share their most intimate thoughts with their friends, they may be ridiculed or hurt. If you are feeling overwhelmed or lonely, and you’re thinking about suicide, call the Suicide Hotline NOW. Help is close by.
